Someone who can make decisions about structure, content and branding. This keeps the project on track.

Can I expand the intranet later?
Absolutely. The intranet is built on a scalable hubsite architecture. New department sites, pages or features can be added at any time.
How many users does this package support?
There is no limit on the number of users. Whether you have 20 or 2,000 employees, the intranet scales with your Microsoft 365 licenses.
What if I have specific requirements outside the standard package?
We discuss that in the analysis workshop. Think of additional integrations, advanced workflows or custom pages. We'll then provide a clear quote for the additional work.
What happens after the 30 days of aftercare?
After the aftercare period, you can fully manage the intranet independently thanks to the training. Want ongoing support? We also offer support subscriptions.
Do we need to provide content ourselves?
We get you started with sample content and templates. Your team then fills in the actual content with our guidance during week 3 of the process.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes. €12,500 is the fixed price for everything listed on this page. No hourly billing, no surprises afterwards. Additional requests are always discussed upfront and quoted separately.
